Learn about increasing value through Animal Welfare and other 3rd Party Certifications. Royal LaRocque will share his experiences with 3rd party certifications including Animal Welfare and Organic. Erika Voogd of Voogd Consulting (and student of Temple Grandin) will present the new Vermont Humane Handling Training Program, a bilingual training module for slaughter facility employees.  Brian Kemp of Mountain Meadows Farm will talk about how GAP certification has worked for their farm.
